I had a wonderful time with Clarisse who is a very patient teacher and so encouraging and positive! We worked on expanding my vocabulary through structured lessons and we also had lots of interesting conversations about topics that interested us both, including real estate, politics, music, movies and porcelain!

Clarisse and Claude made me feel very welcome in family life and I enjoyed the beach yoga, picnic and other activities Clarisse organised for us. Ile de Re is an incredibly beautiful place and there was plenty of time for me to explore independently as well as time together; I thought the balance was just right.

Thank you Clarisse, for your positivity and encouragement; my confidence in speaking really increased and I learned a lot of new words and phrases thanks to you. I will always remember my time very fondly. Merci beaucoup!
